Fabian Schmidt studied Bachelor of Media Technology at the University of Applied Sciences in Mittweida and Master of Arts in Communication Management at the University of Leipzig. He is responsible in the film agency as editor and producer on numerous commercial and fictional film productions.

Before and during his studies, he worked for private and public radio stations, where he was responsible for production, editing and marketing.

Alexander Schulz graduated with a bachelor's degree in media technology in Mittweida, after which he completed a master's degree in information and communication science. He has been the author and director of various award-winning short films, image films, web videos and a feature film, the road movie "Mitfahrgelegenheit", for about ten years. As a founding member of the association "Bewegende Bilder e.V." he works voluntarily on projects with young media professionals.

Daniel is a filmmaker through and through, a creative multi-talent and responsible for the realization of our film productions in many projects. As a world traveler, he rode his motorcycle around the globe for many years, filming two very successful world travel reports: Open-Explorers.com. His experiences both in the deserts of Pakistan and in the jungles of South America mean that he never loses his cool, even when faced with pressure and problems. We particularly appreciate Daniel's commitment to detail until the best possible solution is found, in which he does not even stop at extra loops.

Frank has completed by far the most film productions of us as a (studied) cameraman. For this he has been on the road all over the world, no matter if it's a car race, a documentary, a TV report or fictional material - as Director of Photography he creates creative pictures to the point! With extraordinary perspectives, cinematically illuminated and a credible play of protagonists, who are often not used to appear in front of the camera. Due to his high experience and stress resistance he is able to master even the most demanding shooting situations without compromising quality, always solution-oriented and always communicative.

Michael went to school with Fabian Schmidt - the founder and CEO of the film agency - and shot his first films with him when he was a child. As an internationally experienced cameraman, he has worked on film sets with hundreds of creative people on almost every continent. He is our absolute technical expert, he develops a large part of his lighting equipment and camera stage himself. With this he creates a very extraordinary and unique image atmosphere and can thus create image worlds that you have definitely not seen before.

Tim is our cameraman in the Bavaria area and brings his very own visually modern design to every film project. Always interested in further development, he is always up to date with the latest visual trends and manages to coax impressive images out of even the dullest motif. His knowledge of cinematic lighting, his moving visual language and his surprising wealth of ideas on every shoot are what make him stand out.

Sascha has studied with the two founders and directors of the film agency together and since then the ways have never separated. For years he has been reliably composing music for the productions of the film agency and thereby moves on a quality level which - and we are not exaggerating here - is otherwise only known from Hollywood films. Quite "incidentally" he is also very strong in graphics and animation and makes some colleagues who have specialized in this full-time, look pretty old.

As a linguistics graduate, Johanna has a great feel for language, which is reflected time and again in the off-texts and concepts she writes. And her voice also benefits from this, because she can be booked as an off-voice artist for voice recordings and sound studio productions at any time. Otherwise, she feels at home not only in editing, but also directly on set during filming. So if you realize a production with us, the chances are very high that you will have to deal with Johanna at some point!

Christoph Knorr is mainly in charge of our film productions in the far north and there he shows all his talent as a cameraman and producer. With a lot of experience and a flair for high-quality images, he never breaks a sweat, even on difficult shoots, and has thus been implementing one shoot after the other for us for many years.
